Prayer Against the Altar and Spirit of Delay, Lack, and Stagnation

Adonai in heaven, the wonderful Counselor, the Everlasting God, the Great I Am, the Ruler, and the Judge, I stand before you, offering a prayer of repentance on behalf of myself and the sins I’ve committed against you. Lord God, your word says in 1 John 1:19 that, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” According to Leviticus 26:14-46, I repent for not listening to you and not carrying out your commands. I repent for rejecting your decrees and abhorring your laws. I repent for violating your covenant. I repent for failing to listen to you. I repent for not accepting your correction. I repent for refusing to listen to you. I repent for being hostile towards you.

According to Deuteronomy 28, I repent for not following your decrees and commands. I repent for forsaking you when you’ve never forsaken me. I repent for disobeying you, being in rebellion against you, and practicing witchcraft. I repent for not serving you, Lord God, with joy and gladness in the times of prosperity. I repent for not revering your glorious and awesome Name. I repent for worshipping other gods. I repent for being in idolatry. I repent for offering myself as a slave to people, systems, money, food, jobs, and institutions. 

I repent for giving your false worship. I repent for serving other gods and idols. I repent for sexual immorality, fornication, homosexuality, lesbianism, adultery, spiritual and physical prostitution, pornography, masturbation, bestiality, and sexual impurity. I repent for not honoring my body as the temple of God (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). I repent for abortion and sacrificing to the demonic altar of Molek.

I repent for practicing divination or sorcery, interpreting omens, engaging in witchcraft, casting spells, or consulting with the dead or a medium. I repent for practicing new age, spiritualism, witchcraft, and astrology. I repent for committing detestable things in your eyes, Lord God. I repent for not being blameless in your sight. I repent for being prideful, envious, jealous, hateful, deceitful, manipulative, deceptive, full of greed, and slothful. I repent for worshipping money. I repent for serving the altar of mammon. I sever all ties to the demonic god of mammon. I uncovenanted myself from the god of the stomach. I repent for serving and worshipping the god of the stomach.

Lord, have mercy on me. I repent for lying, stealing, gossiping, slander, and for involvement in any injustices. I repent for every lie, loose word I spoke, and every false amen I gave. I repent for being careless with my words. I repent for idolatry. I repent for bowing down and worshipping created things rather than worshipping the Creator, Elohim.

I repent for grieving the Holy Spirit and forsaking your covenant, Lord God. Adonai, I have sinned against you, and I ask for your forgiveness. Thank you, Lord God, that your word says that if I repent and turn back, that my sins will be blotted out (Acts 3:19). Thank you, Lord God, that when I confess my sins that I am forgiven (1 John 1:19). May the enemy have nothing to speak against me as I submit my petitions to you, Abba Father, Jehovah Saboath, Jehovah Rapha, Jehovah Jireh, and Mighty Judge, and El Shaddai, in the name of Jesus.

Almighty God, I surrender my life to you. I surrender my heart as an altar for you. I surrender my life as a living sacrifice to you. Let your will be done in my life. I deny my flesh and live by the leading of the Holy Spirit. 

Lord, forgive my bloodline for their sins and inequities. I repent for the sins of my father’s house, my mother’s house, and all of those before me. I repent for allowing fear, anxiety, and worry to dictate my actions and beliefs when your word says be anxious for nothing. Lord, I am the repairer and the restorer of my bloodline by the blood of the Lamb (Isaiah 58:12).

Adonai, I come before your throne of grace with boldness in the courtroom of heaven (Hebrews 4:16). Lord, I enthrone you as the first and the last, the beginning and the end, and as Ruler over my life. I surrender to your sovereignty and will. I pray my life is rendered back to you.

May the Holy Spirit convict me in all my ways. Discipline me for you discipline those you love (Hebrews 12:6). I pray to always be sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. I pray to be spiritually in tune with the Holy Spirit. I pray you expose every evil altar speaking against me and my bloodline. I pray that the light of the Lord shines on any darkness in my life. Expose every demonic altar, covenant, contract, yoke, bondage, and chain in my life, Lord God. May Holy Ghost fire consumes them now, in the name of Jesus. I come out of agreement with every demonic agreement I made. Have mercy on me, Lord God, and utterly destroy anything speaking against your promises in my life.

Lord God, open up the scrolls pertaining to my destiny. Whatever is speaking against what is written in your scroll, I ask that you send out your angel armies to shatter them now, in the name of Jesus Christ. In your grace and mercy, reveal to me every evil altar of stagnation and delay. Point them out, Lord God, and may the thunder of God shatter them, in the name of Jesus Christ. Every altar, spirit, and contract with the delay and stagnation be broken off my life now, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Adonai, utterly destroy every agreement I came into through my sins and iniquities that I sacrificed to the altar of delay and stagnation. Adonai, utterly destroy every agreement my bloodline came into through my sins and iniquities that I sacrificed to the altar of delay and stagnation. Break every demonic covenant with the altar of delay and stagnation in the name of Jesus Christ. I come out of agreement with the altar of delay and stagnation. 

Delay, lack, and stagnation are not my portion, Lord God. Your promises will be delayed no longer, El Shaddai (Ezekiel 12:28). Repay and restore unto me the years, opportunities, relationships, wealth, and wisdom that were stolen from me because of the altar of delay and stagnation (Joel 2:25). Lord God, according to Deuteronomy 1:6-7, I declare on this day, I have been delayed long enough. I’ve been stagnant long enough. I repent for my contribution to the delay, lack, and stagnation in my life. I will advance into my new season of speed, favor, prosperity, and grace. 

Jehovah Saboath, destroy every altar, spirit, and covenant of delay and stagnation. Shatter them now, in the name of Jesus Christ. May the blood of Jesus Christ act on my behalf. I declare the blood of the Lamb destroys the altar of delay and stagnation. Through his death and resurrection, delay and stagnation were consumed on the cross. Holy Ghost fire, consume them now in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray the judgment of the Lord comes upon the altar of delay, lack, and stagnation, in the name of Jesus. Any idols on the altar of delay and stagnation, be consumed with fire now in the name of Jesus. I renounce and denounce the covenant of delay, lack, and stagnation, in the name of Jesus Christ.

There will be no more delay, lack, and stagnation in my finances, my career, my marriage or lack thereof, my business, my family, my health, my mind, my relationship with you, Lord God, and (list what other areas delay, lack, and stagnation are prevalent), in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

I pray that grace, speed, favor, and acceleration are my portion. I pray they fall upon my life, Lord God. Every word you’ve spoken over my life, Lord God, I pray it shall come to pass, in the name of Jesus. Lord, every promise you’ve spoken over my life, I pray that they are fulfilled according to Numbers 23:19. You are the Amen. You fulfill what you have spoken. May any hindrance stopping your promises from coming to pass be shattered now, in the name of Jesus.

Every blessing you have for me; I receive by faith now in the name of Jesus. May the blood of Jesus repair the altar in my heart for you, Lord God. My life is an altar and sacrifice to you, Lord God. Have your way in me, Abba Father.

Lord, thank you that the altar of stagnation and delay is broken in my life. In your mercy, reveal to me anything that’s speaking against me and attacking me. If I need to fast, Lord God, tell me to do so, and I will because I know some things only come out through prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). Thank you for being a merciful, gracious, and compassionate God. Thank you for loving me despite my sin and the sins of my bloodline. Thank you for redeeming and restoring me. Thank you for your forgiveness. 

Thank you that no word will return to you void because it will achieve the purpose for which you sent it (Isaiah 55:11). I thank you, Jehovah Sabaoth, for fighting for me. Thank you for equipping me with the Sword of the Spirit to fight as well. Thank you for your promises. Thank you for my eternal inheritance through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Thank you for the perfect gift of salvation and the Holy Spirit. Thank you for dwelling in me, Lord God.

Your ways are holy. Who else is great as our God? There’s no one like you, Lord. You are worthy of all the honor, glory, and praise. Mountains tremble in your presence, El Shaddai. All authority, power, and dominion belong to you, Lord God. Thank you for being all-powerful. Thank you for being all-knowing. Thank you for being everywhere all at once, Lord God, for you are omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent. Thank you for being about your business, Lord God, for I am your business, which means you’re about me.

Thank you for saving my life. Thank you for removing my heart of stone and putting in me a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 23:26). Thank you for breathing fresh life into me. Thank you for the resurrection power of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you for speaking life to every dead situation in my life. Thank you for healing me of my wounds.

Thank you for your wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and revelation. Thank you, Lord, that it is finished (John 19:30). Thank you that everything has to submit to the Word of God. Thank you for your awesome Word. Thank you that you are awesome in all your ways. Thank you that every demonic altar of delay and stagnation is destroyed, in the name of Jesus Christ. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
